Chris Raif, Enrolled Agent and President
Chris has 20 years of experience guiding clients with tax and bookkeeping services.
Chris is a 1999 graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University with a BBA and a Master of Professional Accountancy (MPAcc). He has been in private practice since 2002 and has also worked in industry since 1999. He has worked for companies including DMC Management, MC Tubular Products, Spectra Energy and OMK Tube in the areas of taxation, general accounting, treasury, financial analysis and corporate administration.
Outside of work, Chris is an active member of Tallowood Baptist Church, volunteers as a photographer for Stratford High School Athletics, and enjoys running in half marathons across Texas.
Robin Howell, Tax Associate
Robin is a graduate of Duke University with a BS in Computer Science and a minor in Marketing. She worked for IBM Marketing as a Technical Sales Representative for 16 years. In the past several years, Robin has worked for Raif’s Tax and Bookkeeping Service, CertaPro Painters of Missouri City and Women’s Health Care Center of Houston as a Bookkeeper and Office Manager. She worked for RTBS part time during 2016-2017 and has come to back to the firm full time in 2020.
Vicki Perk-Fields, Bookkeeper
Vicki is a graduate of the University of New Orleans with a BS in Accounting. She worked as Accounting Manager for General Corrugated for 5 years. Upon moving to Houston 20 years ago, she worked at Conoco Phillips for 6 years managing data entry for sales leads. Vicki also worked for the Conoco Phillips Rodeo Run for 15 years managing Corporate Teams and the race entry database.
In 2019, she began working for Raif’s Tax and Bookkeeping Service as our Accountant for our small business clients. She helps them pull together their books on a weekly, monthly or yearly basis.
Harrison Mansfield, Student Intern
Harrison is a senior at Stratford High School (Class of 2022). He is an active Lacrosse player and a member of the of the National Honor Society, Business Professionals of America and the Academy of Finance. He hopes to attend Texas A&M or Clemson majoring in Business.
